Crackers!

My food experiments continue. My tolerance for eczema has peaked and I am going crackers (and making them too, yummy dehydrated linseed and herb crackers).
Something clicked in my body after the pregnancy with my son and the old allergy bothersomeness is back again and bigger than ever. Blah. So now focusing on eating mostly raw and green. Heard about green juice and green smoothies? I am there and I am obsessed! Happy to bend 'n' stretch 'n' breathe, I am making time for yoga and meditation, healing and cleansing from all directions and dimensions.
Some things are being added, lots are being reduced. Like blog time. Tortoise-pace.
